Wine Club FAQ
1. When will I receive my shipments?
- Wine club billing is processed on the first day of the month of pick up. Wines are available for pick up that same week, and if you are a shipping member, your wine will be shipped out same day. Shipment months are below:
2. When will I be notified that my shipment is ready?
- You will receive a notification email 2 weeks prior to the billing date. This email will include the wine information along with pricing.
3. How long do I have to pick up my wine?
- You have 45 days from the billing date to pick up your wine. If you have not picked up your wine before the 45 days, your wine will be shipped to you and applicable shipping charges will be applied to your card on file.
4. Can someone else pick up my shipment?
- Yes, you may authorize someone else to pick up your wine by contacting us via email or phone to let us know of that person’s name so we can make note in your account.
5. What if I am not home when my wine is delivered?
- Legally, your wine will not be delivered until someone 21 years or older signs for the package (wine will not be left otherwise). Please be sure to provide a home or business address that ensures someone 21 years or older will be available to sign. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt to deliver, your wine will be returned to the winery. Applicable shipping charged will apply to redeliver.
6. How do I update my membership information?
- You may update any account information by clicking on the button below
and signing into your account, by phone call, email or in the tasting room. Please notify us in a timely manner of any address or credit card changes to avoid delay in your wine shipments.
7. What is the cancellation policy?
- Upon signing up for the wine club, you are agreeing to accept at least the first 2 automatic shipments (not including the 2 bottles purchased at sign up) before canceling your membership.
